Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)
- 5+ years of solid experience in Retail Operations (Non-negotiable)
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goal‐oriented attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage 15—2U mixed sale scale malls (low to high)
- Lead and assume overall responsibility for the success of the stores by directing all operational aspects of each store and driving sales whilst minimizing costs
- Provide initial and frequent and on—going training and development for all team members
- Create and maintain a harmonious relationship between Operations, Optometrists and HQ support without compromising company policies and procedures
- Oversee the day—to—day work and operations of lower—level employees to ensure adherence to organizational guidelines
- Come up with the most updated store process and procedures aligned with the company standards
- Ensure to hire new team members that exemplify the company core values
- Direct the employee schedules; to include setting our hours and time sheets
- Track employee activity; to include successful completion of designated tasks
- Liaise with senior—level officers; to coordinate and report on—going issues and concerns
- Create and deliver reports to senior—level officers and maintain effective meeting notes
- Identify organizational or employee—related issues and concerns and create effective solutions
- Represent the company to external suppliers
- Assist in any AD-HOC task needed by brand
