Field Sales Associate is responsible for generating demand and driving sales across retail and project channels for Porcelain & Ceramic Tiles, Mosaics, Sintered Stones, LVT/RVT, Mosaic Art and Sanitary Wares. The role involves proactive client engagement, design consultation, technical advising and full-cycle sales handling from prospecting to closing and after sales. The role combines fieldwork, showroom consultation and design collaboration, requiring both commercial acumen and an an eye for aesthetic detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build, manage long term relationship and proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors and end users.
2. Conduct showroom tours and consultations, project presentations, attend onsite and offsite events and site meetings to influence product selection and close deals.
3. Present the product range with technical knowledge and design insights, customizing offers per clients requirements.
4. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, telemarketing and client visits.
5. Handle negotiations, quotations and contract finalization with clients and project partners.
6. Track and manage client requirements, from inquiry to order confirmation, coordination, delivery and installation (for mosaic art).
7. Work closely with operations and procurement team for custom orders, especially with mosaic art and special finishes.
8. Maintain a solid understanding of the competition, market trends and upcoming projects.
9. Maintain excellent client relationship and ensure high customer satisfaction post delivery.
10. Conduct site visits and technical briefings to clients and installers as needed.
11. Handle customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
12. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, technical specifications, application areas and design trends.
