Optimus is assisting a renewable energy company in establishing its workforce operations in Manila, and we are currently seeking a Finance and Admin Manager.

Location: Ortigas

Role Description

  • The Finance and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Supervises administrative tasks such as office management, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Additionally, the Finance and Admin Manager will be required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in conversational Mandarin is a requirement.
  • Proven experience in financial management and administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency in using financial management software and tools
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CPA) are a plus
