With a simple premise that all clients, large or small, deserve a trusted, high quality partner to deliver their operations and outsourcing services, enableSME commenced operations in September 2016 with 2 clients and 4 staff members.
Since then, we have grown almost 200% year on year and now have a team of over 400 staff servicing our clients across the globe 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create high-quality branded digital content to be deployed on the client website and all channels of communication with our target audience.
- Provide leadership in all aspects of digital graphic design output to ensure client is positioned as an elevated and premium e-commerce consumer experience.
- Produce the design and production for websites, product graphics, web logos, social media graphics and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates.
- Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs.
- Collaborate with onshore Ecommerce, Developers & Marketing Team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
- Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
- Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's and Collage Degree in Graphic Design, Design, Graphic Arts, Web Design, Marketing, Art or related field.
- 2+ years of digital experience (US/AU/UK E-commerce and/or Retail client preferred)
- Self-starter with knowledge of the latest trends in email design and development
- Proficient in web enhancement technologies
- Design social content for Facebook, Twitter, Youtube
- Participate in requirements-gathering meetings, work with marketing managers or other stakeholdersto ideate, frame concept and gain buy-in
- Design consistent and compelling expressions of the company's brand identity and follow email bespractices, to ensure projects adhere to specifications and standards, including mobile
- Experience with an enterprise level email delivery system such as Epsilon, ExactTarget, Responsys, Cheetahmail
- Strong eye, attention to detail, organized, creative problem solver and can present creative with key stakeholders using design, UX, and mockups to communicate inspiring brand experiences
- Develop engaging innovative e-commerce experiences (focusing on mobile and responsive design)
- Maintain and explore design identity aesthetics per brand and oversee projects from concept, execution, delivery to QA testing
- Excels at web technology, image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, photo retouching and color balancing
- Resourceful and flexible with exceptional teamwork skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
