Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head for Communications and Branding. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead corporate communication and employer branding activities within a global company. The successful candidate will be instrumental in strengthening the brand position, providing strategic communication and direction across the organisation. What you'll do:
As the Senior Vice President for Communications and Branding, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's brand identity. You will manage both external and internal communications, ensuring alignment with global strategies while catering to local needs. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you build and guide your own team towards achieving communication excellence. You will also be responsible for managing the communication budget effectively, always striving to maximise return on investment. Monitoring and measuring the success of all marketing/communications activity will be key to inform future strategies.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Vice President for Communications and Branding role brings extensive experience in strategic marketing/communications, including at least five years in a managerial position. You have a proven track record of developing and delivering effective communication strategies across various budgets and channels. Your excellent written and oral communication skills enable you to engage effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders. As a resilient leader, you are adept at empowering your colleagues, building capability within your team, and driving excellence.
