Job Description - Hiring: Recruitment Manager

Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)

Oversees all aspects of the recruitment process within the organization. They collaborate with department heads to develop effective recruitment strategies, attract top talent through various channels, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans. 
  • Use various methods like social media, employee referrals, and networking events to attract top talent.
  • Use diverse sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates. 
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and organize interviews to shortlist candidates.
  • Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the company culture. 
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions. Negotiate offers and finalize contracts.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates for future roles. Network and attend industry events to keep a strong pool of talent ready.
  • Oversee the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding. 
  • Track recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators. 
  • Create a supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous learning.

     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • 5 years of experience in managerial role, focusing on recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment methods
  • Preferably with experience in Food Retail / Recruitment Agency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationship with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities (team management, coaching, and performance evaluation)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Amenable to work in Manila
