Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any behavioral-related course
• With at least 5 years Human Resources experience in a Manager/Assistant Manager role
• Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resource Management (Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping, Employee Relations, Training, Evaluation, etc.)
• In depth knowledge of the Philippine labor law and Compensation and Benefits
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, presentation and leadership skills
• Critical thinking and decision making skills

The HR Manager acts as the lead person in the delivery of Human Resource with specific responsibility of providing information to the staffs and other employees regarding policies and regulations; addressing a variety of issues and or providing general support and oversees the day to day HR Operations.
