Role Description As an HR Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of the recruitment team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Manila. You will oversee the hiring process, conduct technical recruiting, and provide team leadership to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team. Your role will involve managing and coordinating recruitment activities, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Qualifications ✔Hiring and Technical Recruiting skills ✔Team Management and Team Leadership skills ✔Excellent communication skills ✔Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams ✔Strong organizational and time management skills ✔Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition ✔Knowledge of employment laws and regulations ✔Experience in the manufacturing, construction, or retail industry is a plus ✔Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
