Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

• Responsible for sourcing for the assigned brand or account.
• Does cold calling and initial screening to applicants.
• Works closely with Recruitment Supervisor and Hiring Managers in filling up manpower requests.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• With adept experience on end-to-end recruitment cycle in Operations and corporate positions.
• Knowledge in Psychological testing, trend analysis, and profiling is an advantage.
• Experience in food industry recruitment is also an advantage.
• Must be customer-service oriented and a team player.
• Must have an excellent communication skills, proficient in any MS applications especially in Excel, and Google Apps (Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides).
• Preferably residing or willing to relocate within Scout Tobias, Quezon City or nearby areas.
