    We are currently seeking a Import Regulation Compliance Officer to join our team.
    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: ・Registration of products with the FDA, ensuring compliance with LTO and CPR requirements.
    ・Processing FDA and other import regulation product licenses and registrations.
    ・Attending and negotiating with FDA and other government offices on regulatory matters.
    ・Preparing documents for the customs clearance of regulated items.
    ・Ensuring quality control and assurance of Company products.

Qualifications

  • Requirement


    ・Qualifications that meet the FDA LTO and CPR requirements.
    ・A Qualified Person is any Licensed Allied Health Professional (Pharmacy, Physician, Medical Technology, Nurse, ・Chemistry, Chemical Engineer).
    ・Good communication skills, able to communicate proficiently in business-level English.
    ・Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience.
    ・Bachelor’s Degree.
    ・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    ・Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and good computer literacy. ・Previous working experience in the retail business or inventory management.
    ・Proactive, fast learner, and committed to work.

Job Description

-Import Operations Assistant must be well-versed in supply management principles, practices and Customs regulations-Responsible for arranging the Customs releasing and delivery of import shipments.-Handles day to day function such as shipment documentation, scheduling of release and delivery, monitoring and coordination.-Responding immediately to customer queries and complaints.-Prepares monthly volume reports accurately.
