THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THIS POSITION ARE :
The primary focus of this role is to provide first class customer service to our Club Wyndham Owners along with our internal and external customers. Providing a high level of customer service by going above and beyond is imperative in this role, as is a high level of maturity, professionalism and flexibility.
Maximizing domestic and international travel sales for departure from Australia and New Zealand, selling Australian based wholesale product. Selling and promoting Travel by Wyndham’s preferred travel suppliers along with Club Wyndham South Pacific Club resorts and Associate Resorts. Achieve personal net revenue targets and team targets. Assist clients with their travel enquiries, construction of itineraries / airfares including land tours, accommodation, cruise, car hire, travel insurance, and rail, in a timely manner, via telephone and email communication.
Achieve set key performance indicators. Support different departments within Travel by Wyndham as required.
THE PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:

Provide a high level of efficient and professional customer service to our Club Wyndham Owners, along with both internal and external customers.
Ensure sales are maximized utilizing preferred suppliers.
Ensure all enquiries are handled within a timely manner.
Ensure that any applicable fees are implemented and yield is maximized.
Assist Club Wyndham Owners with travel arrangements including ancillary products and Club Wyndham resort reservations where applicable.
Maximize every opportunity including telephone enquiry, email enquiry and website enquiries
Enhance conversion rates of enquiries to bookings in order to meet KPIs
Ensure cancellation and amendment policies are adhered to
Ensure accurate and relevant information is recorded and log noted per policy
Process payments/accounting receipts accurately to ensure reconciliation of client files
Receipt acknowledgement of all enquiries within a 24 hour period
Administrative requirements to be completed in a timely and accurate manner
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions
Attend product / destination seminars where possible via virtual webinars
Any other duties as required or directed
Support a positive Travel Club P&L by assisting Retail Travel Consultants, and entire Travel by Wyndham team as required.
Assist Travel Administration & Resolution Coordinator with various duties as required, such as sorting the Travel Club and Travel Consultant inboxes to ensure fair distribution of quotes, qualifying travel leads, explaining Club and Travel Club guidelines, assistance with airfare construction and quoting, assist team with travel quotes and administration duties on booking files, and any other adhoc duties as required.
Ensure sales are maximized on all Retail Travel club enquiries when assisting on absent consultant files.
Ensure accurate, detailed and relevant information is recorded in Client files and Trip files within CCTE and log note in Owner account in IRIS.
THE KEY POSITION CRITERIA ARE:

Minimum 3 years International Travel experience with proven sales ability in selling Australian based wholesale travel product
Fares & Ticketing I & II
Galileo and Crosscheck Travel (CCTE) qualifications
Ability to ensure a high level of customer service and efficiency
Excellent attention to detail & accuracy with mature and professional approach
Strong Australian wholesale product and travel destination knowledge with demonstrated airfare construction ability
Comprehensive understanding of Club Wyndham South Pacific Club guidelines, IRIS reservations system and other relevant programs
Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent time management and organization skills
Ability to perform under pressure and meet required deadlines
Flexibility and adaptability
Possess initiative and the ability to work as a team member and as an individual
Ability to learn quickly and apply new job-related skills & information
Enthusiastic, results and target driven
Must be willing to undertake training during and after business hours
Confident, flexible with the ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
