IT and Travel Support (Remote)

 

 

A privately held commercial real estate investment firm focused on the value-add acquisition of office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties throughout the Western United States is seeking an exceptional IT and Travel Support  to join our team remotely during standard Pacific Time business hours .

 

Reporting Responsibility:

 

The IT and Travel Support will report to the Senior Managing Director.

 

Duties:

 

• Book corporate travel
• Troubleshoot employee hardware and software issues 
• Assist with website maintenance and updates
• Assist with maintaining and updating the equipment inventory
• Assist with posting marketing listings and property eblasts
• Generate productivity reports and coordinate updates with the service provider
• Coordinate projects assigned to Upwork freelancers
• Research, test and evaluate emerging technologies
• Assist with purchasing and maintaining office supplies inventory
• Work on requests submitted to the Admin Pool
• Perform Admin and IT support and other tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

• College degree required
• Latin honors (cum laude or better) preferred
• Previous IT and travel booking experience 
• Exposure to productivity tools a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Azure
• Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with tenants, vendors and other outside parties
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess strong work ethic
• Must be a team player
