IT Assistant Manager for Retail Tenant POS

Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring all incoming and existing retail tenant's point of sales (POS) systems are compliant with Rockwell's POS requirements.
• Ensures completeness and timely uploading of daily sales data.
• Ensures data provisions on tenant spaces remain intact during ingress/ egress of incoming/ outgoing tenants and tampered provisions are restored accordingly.
• Conducts POS vendor accreditation as needed.
• Tenant Onboarding: Conducts orientation for incoming tenant's POS set-up following Retail guidelines.
• Issue Resolution: Act as a go-between for the Company, POS vendors, and tenants to promptly and professionally handle POS system-related problems.
• Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on tenant compliance on tenant compliance, including daily sales data uploads, and report any violations or outstanding issues.
• Policy Management: Assist in developing and keeping up-to-date policies and guidelines related to POS system compliance.
• Security Compliance: Ensure tenants adhere to security best practices and regulations, including data protection and customer information security.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• 3-5 years of related-work experience
• Knowledgeable with C# and SQL
