As a Jr. Lock Desk Analyst , you will play a crucial role in supporting other Lock Desk Analysts by assisting in processing rate lock, change, and extension requests, all while ensuring strict adherence to rate lock policies. Your responsibilities will include aiding team members in processing rate lock requests within the LOS (Encompass) system and maintaining clear and effective communication with requestors as necessary.

Employment Type: Full time

Shift: Night Shift, Mon - Fri 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Work setup: Onsite, Makati/Ortigas/Quezon City

Showcase your potential:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
  
• Mathematical/ Analytical Skills, Deductive Reasoning and Attention to Detail required.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Customer service skills.
  
• Experience with Optimal Blue and Encompass systems experience preferred.
  

Navigate the Mortgage Landscape:

• Assist team members with processing rate lock requests in LOS (Encompass) clearly and effectively communicate with requestor(s) as needed.
  
• Process changes requests, reprice requests and extension requests. Assist Loan Officers with post-lock file inquiries.
  
• Work closely with members of Secondary Marketing to implement system changes, testing and process flow enhancements.
  
• Assist with system, product and procedural inquires.
  
• Data entry/ reporting and data reconciliation
  
• Other duties may be assigned.
