RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitors performance of store pickers and packers, including compliance with store operations guidelines
• Takes corrective measures as the need arises (examples: void transactions, returns/refunds)
• Can act as a reliever of picker or packer during breaks, if needed
• Coordinates with HR regarding any concern related to the Third-Party manpower
• Custodian of the devices and supplies used in the operations of GoCart.ph (example: tablets, scanners, receipt printer)
• Assist the Store Supervisors in managing the assigned clusters
• Act as the overall in-charge to oversee the entire cluster whenever the Buddy Store Supervisor is not available
• Support the Store Supervisor in ensuring a smooth operation within the assigned stores or cluster
• Coordinates with Store Supervisors all major incidents in the store
• Assist in resolving issues and concerns raised by the customer or Customer Service Team
• Pick items by matching correctly what is in the pick list 
• Ability to follow food safety regulations and executes quality control on the product he/she is picking

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate at least any two-year / four-year course
• With related experience in the retail industry and store operations is a plus
• With at least 1 year of experience in a service-oriented company
• Good knowledge and understanding of operations and business trends
• Knowledgeable of items being sold in the grocery and convenient stores
• Ability to communicate with the customers regarding their orders e.g. substitute and additional items. 
• Should possess time management skills in processing and dispatching orders
• Willing to travel locally
• Willing to work on a Minimum Wage rate but with benefits
• Willing to work in Robinsons Supermarket Island Mactan Cebu
