Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Type of Job: Full time

Work Set-up: Onsite

Location: 3rd Ave. corner 28th St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City 1634

Job Description

• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
• Shape and communicate our vision and mission
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
• Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
• Devise innovative growth strategies
• Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics
• Lead marketing team members through campaigns
• Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns
• Anticipate consumer trends and keep the brand up to date

Requirements for Employment:

1. Experience with local market integrated marketing and promotion, including program planning, budget coordination, suppliers and other market resources, planning, organizing, and carrying out brand marketing campaigns, quality control, and tracking and evaluating results.

2. Rich cross-departmental coordination and planning ability, strong executive ability, good communication skills, self-motivated, responsible, teamwork spirit, good at challenges, ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure;

3. Good logical thinking ability, excellent informational acuity, information mining, resource expansion and integration, and data analysis skills;

4. Rich experience in brand materials (videos, posters, copywriting) and event planning and execution.

5. Experienced in handling public relations KOL, social media, sales, and other teams, organized internal and external resources, and

promoted the implementation, implementation, and analysis of product marketing.

6. Bachelor’s degree graduate in marketing ;

7. More than 3 years of marketing, advertising, retail, sales, or product experience, with global brand experience, sports marketing-related experience is preferred and related to the camera industry.

8. Keen sense of the market, able to fully analyze the internal and external environment and develop marketing strategies that can be implemented and closed loop;

9. Loves photography and outdoor sports;

10. Strong ability to work under pressure, and fluent in English language.
