As a Post Closing TRID Admin , you will be tasked with addressing any issues pertaining to closed loans that may impact or potentially hinder the sale of a closed loan. Your role involves utilizing the loan origination system (LOS) to monitor the closed loan pipeline diligently. This includes ensuring timely issuance of any necessary Post Consummation Closing Disclosures (PCCD's) while adhering to Federal, State, and Investor guidelines.

Work setup: Onsite, Makati

Navigate the Mortgage Landscape:

• Monitor a suspended closed loan pipeline requiring the issuance of Post Consummation CD's through LOS System.
  
• Perform Due Diligence review of assigned clerical corrections conditions to determine the mortgage loan disclosures are accurate and comply with regulation.
  
• Completes data input for issuance of Post Consummation Closing Disclosure - verifying all final fees are accurate and reconcile to the Final Settlement Statement.
  
• Sends prepared Post Consummation Closing Disclosure via Encompass to the borrower or via US Mail with refunds when applicable.
  
• Work with internal departments and external areas to obtain needed documentation to cure deficient loans timely.
  
• Coordinate with TRID Team Specialists and associated Management to assist with TRID related investor suspense on an as needed basis.
  
• Preparing formal written responses to investors to dispute invalid conditions.
  
• Accurately track and record all events and communications of the loan file.
  
• Must develop a strong understanding of Agency and Investor guidelines and overlays.
  
• Meet daily production goals set by management and adhere to internal SLA timelines.
  
• Maintain customer confidence by providing ongoing quality service and keeping all files and information confidential.
  
• Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to strict deadlines.
  

Requirements

Showcase your potential:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recent mortgage closing and/or post-closing activities, with an extensive understanding of disclosure practices relating to Regulation X and Regulation Z.
  
• Must be able to meet deadlines, multi-task and adjust priorities as necessary.
  
• Must possess strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with all levels of management and third-party vendors.
  
• Independent worker, detail-oriented, excellent judgment, and decision-making skills.
  
• Excellent customer service skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
