PPIC Team Leader

MAIN DUTIES - Make work plan to ensure the production plan matched with demand
- Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production (4M’s and E)
- Assist in new product development and enhancements.
- Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.
- Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Analyze production plan by calculating the data of demand, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other matters having significant impact to ensure the production runs timely and accurately matched with demand.
- Evaluate, review, and determine the standard of process in PPIC and Warehouse departments so that the operations run well and accordingly.

INVENTORY CONTROL
- Checking of Warehouse SOH vs NAV SOH before submission to Merchandising.
- Review Vismin Score card - Vismin Containers and Direct Shipment to Cebu.
- Regular check of RR, DR, IHR, FSRF posting
- Check causes of NOI validation and request for adjustment and take action
- Handle key inventory tasks and monitor inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports and highlighted issues check and download Valenzuela/Cebu/Davao inventory in Nav. Match with stocking level, identify out of stock and critical level
- Mark items that are regularly out of stock or under critical level
- Check over-all outstanding/consolidated order and matched with current inventory.
- Check outstanding purchase order with LP and Merchandising
- Monitor the work schedule/workload of inventory controller based on volume of order.
