As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and images through meticulous quality checks. This includes verifying the completeness of information and alignment with internal requirements, as well as conducting thorough proofreading to identify and rectify any errors. Additionally, you will be tasked with documenting processes to maintain clarity and consistency in operations. Here’s an overview of your future role:

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Mondays to Fridays, 6AM to 3PM

Work Setup: Permanent WFH

What do you need to succeed?

 

Skills:

• Perfect use of English grammar
• Data and image quality assurance to a high level of accuracy
• High level of attention to detail
• Basic Excel skills
  
   

Experience:

• High levels of accuracy in transcribing content
• Previous experience with an E-commerce client
• Highly productive, with a drive to make processes more efficient
