We are seeking an experienced Regional Retail Manager to oversee our retail operations in the electronics appliance industry across a designated region.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of managing large teams of mall staff in big retail stores, as well as possessing solid exposure to market research and strategies.
Job Scope
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our retail stores within the designated region, ensuring adherence to company standards and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets, leveraging insights from market research and industry trends.
• Train, motivate, and mentor a large team of mall staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand, optimizing product assortment based on market demand and consumer preferences.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, analyzing competitor activities and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to optimize retail operations and support business objectives.
• Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market positioning.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to uphold a safe and secure retail environment.Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Regional Retail Manager in the electronics appliance industry, with a strong track record of managing large teams of mall staff in big retail stores.
• Solid exposure to market research methodologies and strategies, with the ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build positive relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with electronics appliance products and services is preferred.
• Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
• Proven track record of driving business growth through effective strategies and initiatives
• Amenable to work in Cebu Area.
