Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Product Listing Assistant to support our online retail operations at Wayfair, Home Depot, or Walmart. As an eCommerce Product Listing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient listing of products on our eCommerce platforms, contributing to the success and growth of our online retail business. Work Schedule: Monday -Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM: Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Responsibilities:
Product Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter product information, including titles, descriptions, SKUs, prices, and attributes, into the eCommerce platforms of Wayfair, Home Depot, or Walmart.
Image Management: Upload product images, ensuring they meet quality standards, dimensions, and specifications set by each platform. Organize and maintain image files and directories for easy access and retrieval.
SEO Optimization: Optimize product listings for search visibility and discoverability by incorporating relevant keywords, product features, and attributes. Follow SEO best practices to enhance product ranking and attract organic traffic.
Category and Attribute Mapping: Assign products to the appropriate categories and subcategories within each platform, ensuring accurate categorization and organization. Map product attributes to predefined fields and specifications to facilitate search and filtering.
Quality Assurance: Review and validate product listings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with brand guidelines and platform requirements. Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in product data or imagery.
Competitive Research: Monitor competitor product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to stay informed about market trends and best practices. Make recommendations for pricing adjustments, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate stock levels, availability, and replenishment of products listed on eCommerce platforms. Update product status and availability in real-time to reflect changes in inventory.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of product listings, analyzing key metrics such as views, clicks, conversions, and sales. Generate reports and insights to track product performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and inform decision-making.
