Junior Graphic Designer

• The ideal candidate's workstation should be set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet not less than 25 Mbps.
• You will be required to utilize your personal equipment for this position (computer, headset, and relevant accessories)
• PHP 30,000 - PHP40,000 per month
• 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Philippine time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

As a Junior Graphic Designer reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you'll be proactive, excel in dynamic settings, and have a keen eye for design and fashion. Collaborating closely with the Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer, you'll contribute to creating digital and print materials, enhancing the brand's visual narrative.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics for various channels, including email, social media (organic and paid), web, and in-store print materials..
• Maintain brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative materials.
• Generate and resize artwork as needed for various channels.
• Assist in managing the retouching and resizing of images.
• Work with the marketing and digital teams to create aspirational graphics, whilst honoring the customer needs.

Position Prerequisites

• A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic Design.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a retail fashion brand.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Skills

• Proficiency in executing design briefs, adhering to instructions, and incorporating feedback effectively.
• Enthusiastic to share ideas and be a part of the Brand Strategy.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects at any given time.
