Retail District Sales Manager

Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management/ Business Administration/ Finance/ Economics/ Commerce/ Marketing or equivalent.
• With at least 8 years of working experience in handling managerial position.
• Must know how to drive with valid driver’s license.
• Preferably applicants with hands-on experience in handling retail gas stations. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, empower and motivate Dealers and Retail Business Executives to develop and achieve the standard sales requirements and deal with underperformance alongside the management.
• To support and deliver the retail sales strategy, budgets and contribution to achieve sales targets and meet company standard.
• Proactively recommended new initiatives to help drive sales all throughout the existing retail stations nationwide.
• Work collaboratively with the Logistics Department to ensure that the retail stations have the adequate stock aligned with their sales forecast and within budget.
• To promote a customer service approach within the retail business, investigating complaints or addressing dealers’ inquiries, both timely and efficiently and in line with Unioil’s company standard policies.
• To monitor necessary repairs and maintenance of the retail stations, verifying concerns and coordinating with the engineering department for possible action plan and estimation of costs.
• Responsible for carrying out regular risk assessments in accordance to the company and government requirements and ensuring health and safety procedures issued are understood and practiced within the gas stations.
• To ensure retail stores have adequate manpower at all times.
