Job Overview As the Retail Training Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our Client's retail operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our retail operations and drive excellence in customer service. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for retail staff, including sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational procedures.
• Identify training needs and gaps through regular assessments and feedback mechanisms, and tailor training programs to address specific areas of improvement.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules, to facilitate effective learning and knowledge retention.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for retail staff, both in-store and remotely, utilizing a variety of training methodologies to accommodate different learning styles.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with store managers and regional directors to align training initiatives with business objectives and address specific needs at the store level.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in retail training and development, and incorporate new techniques and technologies to enhance training effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of training specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of learning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in multinational companies, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire retail staff at all levels.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations as needed.
