We're seeking an experienced, process-minded marketer to act as a conductor, pushing forward our revenue-focused marketing initiatives in the investment research space.

A self-starter, you'll be equipped with resources including writing, design, IT, and beyond as you plan and execute marketing campaigns geared toward our high net worth US investor and professional audience.

Overview

Valens Research is a global investment research and consulting firm specializing in delivering bespoke solutions and providing proprietary investment research and reporting to both large institutional firms and individual 'mass affluent' investors located in the United States.

In this role, you will lead efforts to expand Valens' client base across our different business segments - retail investment research, institutional research, and consulting and outsourcing.

You will marshall the support of our extensive in-house graphic design, video production, writing, research, and web development to design and execute marketing efforts with the express aim of growing Valens' revenue and client base.

You will be involved in and manage lead generation and lead management, marketing campaign design and execution, overall marketing strategy. You will combine a thorough understanding of Valens' business, product offerings, and investment theses with outstanding organizational and project management skills and a strong passion for creative marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns targeted toward growing specific business segments
• Develop creative marketing strategies unbound by existing company procedures or historical processes
• Orchestrate work across multiple departments and teams
• Be a primary driving force in company marketing strategy and planning
• Interface regularly with the CEO and other senior management

Qualifications

• Superior project management skills with a process-minded approach
• Experience with digital marketing including email and social media
• Experience planning and hosting digital events and webinars
• Intuition for creative problem solving
• Self-starter - ability to work self sufficiently while managing multiple projects and deliverables across multiple work streams
• Passion for learning and understanding new businesses, particularly the investment research and consulting industries
• Passion for constant improvement and process optimization
• Excellent spoken and written American English
• Experience with digital targeted advertising is a plus
• Specifics of education and work experience are less important than a full embodiment of the above attributes
• Located in Metro Manila with ability to be present in our Ortigas offices on a semi-regular basis
