Job Description - Sales Admin Support

  1. Serves as the Department’s point of contact for back-end support
  2. Manages and builds strong relationship with all the Agency Distribution Channel to further grow their contribution to overall production performance
  3. Monitors and tracks the performance of all agents and consolidates daily, weekly and monthly and validates accuracy, validity and timeliness of the figures.
  4. Manage New and Renewal portfolio for Agents and partners
  5. Setting up appointments, joint field work with agents, special branch events and provide assistance as necessary
  6. Assist in product presentation for Retail
  7. Drives agency adoption of digital tools and process
  8. Tracks attriation, acquisition and existing agents
  9. Answers all queries of agents regarding products and processing
  10. Handles processing and release of commissions to Agents
  11. Coordinates with offices/ personnel concerned regarding the processing of the agents needs
