Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting the sales team with their sales activities and providing support in the team’s administrative tasks.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

· At least 2 years of work-related experience as sales coordinator/administrative support

· Knows how to drive and has a valid driver’s license

Preference will be given to candidates with:

· A working knowledge of the medical drugs, devices, and equipment industry

· Knowledge of local government procurement and bidding process

· Experience in delivering technical product presentations

· Knowledgeable in preparing, analyzing, and presenting sales reports

Role Summary

· Perform activities pertaining to bidding procedures through obtaining and submission of necessary documents such as bid forms and others, participation in pre/actual/post biddings, and performing all other related activities.

· Handling orders by phone/email and checking the orders have the correct information.

· Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

· Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.

· Produce accurate and timely reports to include the reporting of sales activities and updates, appointments, calls made, and business leads.

· Handling urgent calls/emails, and chat messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.

· Create and manage client database.

· Develop promotional materials and content for brand awareness.

· Manage the corporate social media accounts.
