Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy sales engineer to assist with the selling of complex scientific and technological products or services. The Sales Engineer's responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the products' parts, functions, and processes and assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and develop technical presentations of products or services to customers.

2. Understand customer hardware and system requirements.

3. Collaborate with sales and internal teams to provide better sales support to customers

4. Generates high-quality sales leads, follow-up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate pricing, completes sales, and arranges deliveries.

5. Review and researches on products to allow better product and customer requreiment support to clients.

6. Liaise with Technical team to address all technical related concerns of customers such as installation, system usage, etc.

7. Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.

8. Identify areas of improvement and stratregizing new solutions to upper management

9. Achieving sales goals and quotas.

10. Training other team members on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.

Sales Engineer Requirements:

l Bachelor's degree graduate;

l Preferably with experience in sales in either of the various field such as property acquisition, property development, agricultural, energy and power sector, public safety and security.

l Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

l The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

l Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

l Good leadership and team working skills.
