Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE:  

Primarily responsible for managing the over-all Sales performance of the assigned branch The position is responsible for agent recruitment and development, execution of sales and marketing strategies and plan at the branch level of the through effective leadership and execution skills. Is also responsible for supporting the dealer/key account relationship-building efforts of the assigned branch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. To exercise control and supervision among all Account Executives to attain Job Objective.

2. To set directions, define priorities and address individual concerns of the account executives pertaining to their accounts.

3. To assess Account Executives' skill levels and make necessary recommendations for improvement of performance.

4. To properly monitor sales status (sell thru and sell out) and make a recommendation to reduce variance.

5. To monitor a status of Accounts Receivables pertaining to all Account Executives Dealers to ensure that credit terms and limits are strictly adhered with.

6. To address promotional campaigns, if any.

Qualifications

• The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and related four-year course.
• The position requires at least Five (5) years of related work experience.
• Special Knowledge/ Skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills: able to work well with a wide range of people
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules
• Good problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in the development and completion of projects.
• Strong sense of customer service
• Proficiency in PC applications – word processing, database, etc.,

The position requires close coordination with the following department/s: Warehouse and Distribution, Account Officers and Managers.
