Develop close relationships with retailers and institutions to generate continued and repeat business
Plan and demand supply of inventory
Oversee product inventory and ensure regular spot checking
Establishes team sales goals, and provides effective coaching of sales team to consistently improve their plans and performance
Analyze sales data to find opportunities for increased efficiency and sales on both a group and individual level to ensure projected target accomplishment
Analyze current sales and design appropriate sales target to improve the sales performance, utilizing the standard tools and dash boards to monitor sales
Prepare sales strategy, plans and proposals for prospective clients, monitoring sales representatives and assigning sales territories
Perform analysis of the sales figure and lead in the sales forecast process ensuring sales objectives are met
Design and define KPIs, incentive scheme and communication tools, which could be motivating to the front-line sales to achieve sell-out targets
Collects, utilizes and disseminates all vital marketing information to support portfolio growth
Keep abreast of latest trends in sales effectiveness and adopt new approaches as required in order to expand client base and increase
revenue
• Undertake other duties as required
Qualifications:
Five (5) or more years of experience in sales & marketing management
Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred
Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills
Strong analytical skills, mathematic abilities, business acumen and buy-in-skills. Critical thinking, a clear and open communication, relation and team building skills
Strong leadership skills to enable and motivate the team
Established wide network of institutional account
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
