Job Description

Neogrande Food Industries, Inc.  specializes in producing quality cornstarch-based noodles. Through investments in top of the line machinery and knowledge gained from decades of experience from key personnel, the company produces noodles that are outstanding in texture, mouth feel, and overall quality.

The company is located in Canamucan, Compostela, Cebu. Its facilities include an 8,000 sq. m. main warehouse and accessory buildings. The company is serving the local and overseas market with its main bands Champion, Chef’s Choice, and Hope Bihon as well as custom brands requested by customers.

We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Reach and Achieve Sales Quota
• Work out, Maintain & Monitor Customer
• Excellent Customer Service
• Build relationships with existing customers
• Travel throughout Cebu province and neighboring provinces. Visit customers on a recurring basis
• Report and provide feedback to management
• Maintain and expand client database

Requirements:

· Must have completed a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business or any related course

· At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Must be flexible, aggressive, hardworking, and a team player

· Know how to drive motorcycle

· Must have a Driver license

· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

· Must have excellent customer service

· Must be Self-motivated, driven and goal Oriented
