Job Description - Sales Staff - Quezon City

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service in assigned stores
  • Welcome customers entering the store using the Japanese greeting
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and product information
  • Help customers locate items and recommend available products based on needs
  • Maintain and organize merchandise in the store according to season
  • Keep up-to-date with new products and information to boost store sales
  • Cross-sell available products if customers' first option is unavailable
  • Build rapport with customers while maintaining high level of professionalism
  • Work together with all team mates to achieve store goals
  • Comply with office and store policies at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store premises
  • Submit reports as needed (on time and complete)
  • Other tasks and responsibilities assigned
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Willing to be assigned in our stores located in Quezon City
