Our esteemed client is seeking a Senior Client Advisor who will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and achieving store targets. The store is located in Cebu City, and the work setup is onsite.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcome, assist, and engage customers to create a unique shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized advice on luxury products.
- Contribute to store goals and maintain CRM data for future client development.
- Ensure compliance with sales procedures and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle after-sales service and inquiries proactively.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail and selling experience, with a strong background in luxury sales.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with store operations and CRM tools.
