Senior IT Manager

Management (Information & Communication Technology)

The Senior IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's IT operations, including infrastructure management, systems administration, cybersecurity, and quality assurance of inbound stocks and repairs. The Senior IT Manager will lead a team of IT professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to support business objectives and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, storage, and cloud services.
• Ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure to support business operations and growth.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to optimize performance and mitigate risks.

2. Development and Deployment

• Work closely with the development team to ensure that new features and system changes are implemented according to specifications and quality standards.
• Provide feedback and guidance to developers during the development process to address potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Develop implementation plans and timelines for deploying new features and system updates, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout.
• Oversee the deployment process, conducting pre-deployment testing and validation to minimize downtime and mitigate risks.
• Monitor post-deployment performance and user feedback to identify any issues or areas for refinement.

3. Systems Administration and Support:

• Manage and support corporate IT systems, hardware, and applications, including servers, office equipment, email, collaboration tools, productivity software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving escalated incidents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues and the effective delivery of IT services.

3. Cybersecurity and Data Protection:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices to protect the company's information assets and infrastructure from security threats and breaches.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and address security vulnerabilities.
• Establish and enforce access controls, encryption standards, and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.

4. Quality Assurance of Inbound Stocks and Repairs:

• Oversee quality assurance processes for inbound stocks and repairs, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures, inspection protocols, and testing methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to identify and address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Promote collaboration and cross-functional communication within the IT team and with other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, teamwork, and professional growth.
