As a Senior IT Manager, you will play a critical role in the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the organization's Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and systems. You will lead a team of IT professionals, oversee IT projects, and ensure the smooth operation of all IT-related functions. This position requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to align IT strategies with the organization's goals. 

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:  

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff. 
• Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. 
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. 

IT Strategy and Planning:  

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and align IT strategies with the organization's goals and objectives. 
• Develop and maintain a multi-year IT roadmap that includes technology upgrades, system enhancements, and resource planning. 

Infrastructure Management:  

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. 
• Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure. 

Project Management:  

• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. 
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 
• Allocate resources and monitor project progress. 

Cybersecurity and Data Protection:  

• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the organization's data and systems. 
• Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and ensure the organization is well-prepared to mitigate risks. 
• Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers. 
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure cost-effectiveness and performance. 

Budgeting and Financial Management:  

• Develop and manage the IT department budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control. 
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement. 

User Support and Training:  

• Ensure timely resolution of user issues and provide technical support when needed. 
• Develop and implement user training programs to enhance IT literacy within the organization. 
• Running workshop to train and guide the organisatin on utilising the proper system, tools and processes 

Office 365 Expert:  

• Ensure Office 365 is being correctly used and set up in the organisation 
• Running workshops, training and creating manuals on properly using office 365 within the organisation. 
• Monitoring the access levels and issues present. 
• Working with team to build an improved Microsoft based eco-system to streamline processes, create workflow tools and build a company intranet. 

Compliance and Governance:  

• Ensure IT policies, procedures, and practices comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. 
• Implement and monitor IT governance frameworks. 

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. 
• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT management, with a track record of successful leadership. 
• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. 
• Experience with managing IT networks across countries. 
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies. 
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). 
• Proven project management skills and experience in managing complex IT projects. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Strong knowledge, experience and proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 platform (Azure, Power BI, PowerAutomate, Teams, SharePoint and etc) 
• Experience training and running workshops
