Job Description - Senior Marketing Manager

Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates
Position: Senior Social Media Manager
Work hours: US Timezone
Compensation range: $1,500 - $1,700 USD


Our client is a retail start-up based in the US. It is a dynamic and innovative food and snacks company that seeks to promote healthy snacking options for individuals. They are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving the success of their projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and build a loyal community
  • Create and manage a dynamic monthly marketing calendar that seamlessly integrates across all channels (social, email, SMS, advertising)
  • Champion brand storytelling through engaging content creation across all digital platforms
  • Oversee the marketing budget with meticulous attention to detail and ROI optimization
  • Forge powerful relationships with key influencers to amplify brand reach and
    engagement
  • Cultivate an active and thriving social media presence across relevant channels
    (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.)
  • Craft compelling email campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster
    customer loyalty
  • Leverage SMS marketing effectively to engage your audience and promote special
    offers
  • Design and manage impactful social media ad campaigns targeted to specific buyer personas that result in increased sales, brand awareness, and engagement
  • Analyze marketing data and generate insightful reports to track progress, measure
    success, and inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design, etc.) to ensure brand
    consistency and seamless execution
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends and technologies to identify new opportunities and
    implement innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • A seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record with at least 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment ideally in the snacks or packaged food space
  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving brand awareness and business growth
  • An expert in multi-channel marketing, with deep proficiency in social media, email, SMS, and paid advertising
  • A creative storyteller with a knack for crafting captivating content and digital assets that resonate with target audiences
  • A data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills and reporting experience, comfortable analyzing marketing budgets and ROI
  • A highly organized and resourceful individual with excellent project management skills, adept at managing marketing expenses and budgets efficiently
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI tools for creating engaging visual content
  • Passionate about healthy living and sustainable practices, aligned with the company values
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
