• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for organic therapeutic skincare and pain relief products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including spas, wellness centers, healthcare providers, and retail outlets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and uses of our organic therapeutic products.
• Collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales materials and campaigns to drive product awareness and demand.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or combination of related education and experience
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the skincare, wellness, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge and passion for organic, chemical-free products and their benefits.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
