Social Media Expert

. Collaborating and scheduling social media posts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.).
. Monitoring and engaging with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
. Monitoring social media conversations, trends, and industry news.
. Managing and growing social media communities and followers.
. Ensuring that content is posted at the right time and content plan is at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
. Ensuring that we get a very responsive badge on Facebook response rate.
. Collaborate with the Senior Strategic Manager to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
. Collaborate with the Senior Strategic Manager regarding the development of engaging and creative content (text, images, videos) for social media posts and ads.
. Conducting content research and staying updated on industry trends to provide relevant and timely content.
. Curating user-generated content and leveraging it in social media campaigns.
. Execution of paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
. Setting up targeting parameters, ad formats, and budgets to reach the desired audience.
. Monitoring and optimizing ad performance based on key metrics such as clickthrough rates, conversions, and ROI.
. Conducting A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting, and messaging.
. Tracking and analyzing social media and advertising metrics.
. Generating reports on campaign performance, audience engagement, and key metrics.
. Providing insights and recommendations for optimizing social media and ad strategies based on data analysis. QUALIFICATIONS:
. Proven experience as a Social Media Expert and other related roles
. Knowledge in Meta, Youtube/youtube shorts, Tiktok and Linkedin
. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative concepts
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Familiarity with Australian Retail Market
. Genuine interest in social media marketing
. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
. Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software a plus
. Experience in B2B and B2C
