Store Operations Head

• Management of day-to-day store operations with oversight of employees while ensuring that stores are always meeting brand standards.
• Implement and maintain retail operational policies and procedures to meet/exceed sales plan, cost control, shrinkage management, audit compliance and people management.
• Drive sales to meet store financial targets and budgeted margin while being responsible for store P&L and store related KPI’s.
• Ensure compliance and align in all aspects: finance, accounting, HR, merchandising and marketing.
• Responsible for store visual up keep in close collaboration with visual merchandising team.
• Results driven leader through coaching, counselling, disciplining, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
