Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, an executive search firm, is representing a leading fashion distribution and retail company in the search for a Territory Sales Manager. Reporting directly to the National Business Operations Manager, this position will be based in Cebu and will involve fieldwork.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative and Operational Support:
- Conduct daily store visits for auditing, sales, and inventory monitoring, VM checks, and in-store training.
- Provide operational support to Subdistributors' territories when needed.
- Monitor and communicate targets across stores, ensuring compliance with TSA standards.
- Implement and maintain performance standards across all stores.
- Provide administrative and support tasks as required.
Territorial Financial Targets Achievement:
- Drive sales growth and achieve sell-in and sell-out targets.
- Coordinate ordering and review processes with accounts and Subdistributors.
- Conduct monthly business review meetings with Subdistributors.
- Propose and execute sales strategies and promotions.
Territorial Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with Business Partners, Key Accounts, and Direct Accounts.
- Coordinate with Subdistributors on concerns and support needed.
- Gather insights from the market and Subdistributors for strategy formulation.
Territorial Forecast Accuracy:
- Manage target-setting for each account in coordination with the National Business Operations Manager.
- Oversee product tiering, selection, and assortment.
- Ensure proper ordering processes and timely submission of orders.
Implementation of Territorial Operational Standards and Best Practices:
- Ensure Subdistributors are equipped with tools for efficient operations.
- Align operational efficiencies with Subdistributors' locations.
Territorial Inventory Monitoring:
- Manage and monitor inventory locations.
- Supervise Sales Assistant in processing sales orders.
- Provide updated SSR/OTB files every month.
Territorial Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales and retail metrics.
- Formulate strategies and recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare and send daily sales reports to the National Business Operations Manager.
Data Collection and Reports Creation:
- Assist in encoding and consolidating data for reports.
- Prepare report and presentation templates as needed.
- Weekly reporting of detailed activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Retail Store operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in handling Subdistributors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably with experience in the fashion industry.
- Willing to be assigned or travel anywhere in the Philippines.
Salary range: PHP 40,000.00 - PHP 90,000.00 per month
