Job Description

• Must have good problem solving, decision making & analytical skills.
• Manages team performance.

Qualifications

- Preferably College Graduate
- Overall 7 to 9 years of BPO experience
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Transactional Quality Manager
