You are a HubSpot CRM Marketing Specialist , a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success. You will play a vital role in driving our marketing efforts using HubSpot, a leading marketing automation platform. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and help us achieve our growth targets.

Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • HubSpot Expertise: Act as the in-house HubSpot authority, managing and optimizing the CRM and Marketing Hub. Design workflows, lead scoring, and automated marketing campaigns. 
  • Campaign Management: Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, PPC, and content marketing. Analyze and optimize based on performance metrics.
  • Content Creation: Work with content teams to align content with marketing objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies for acquiring high-quality leads, optimizing for higher conversion rates.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Provide detailed reports on marketing performance, using data to refine strategies.
  • SEO and SEM: Work with SEO teams for content optimization and manage PPC campaigns for enhanced search visibility.
  • CRM Management: Segment CRM database for targeted marketing and execute email campaigns and customer communications.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct tests to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies, incorporating insights into marketing plans.
  • Training and Support: Offer HubSpot and marketing best practices training to team members.
  • Leadership: Lead the marketing and communications team, executing strategies across digital and social channels (Website, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to support upper management.
  • Strategy Development: Craft communication strategies for B2C and B2B segments, manage brand presence, and collaborate with agencies.
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver monthly financial reports, tracking marketing costs, forecasting, and analyzing trends against KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including General Management and Sales/Client Relations, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Marketing Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans and calendars, manage budgets, and coordinate tasks across teams and stakeholders.

Consistent to our goal as an organization, at Acquire BPO, we are looking for individuals who are passionate in winning; those who enjoy achieving goals with the determination to go beyond hurdles. As a HubSpot CRM Marketing Specialist  you are successful if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 5 years in a similar role, including experience as a Marketing Manager or Marketing & Communications Coordinator.
  • Minimum of 5 years exp with Primary HubSpot or HubSpot partnership.
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment, with team management experience.
  • Experience in setting up and managing marketing projects and campaigns from start to end, including overseeing team KPIs and project delivery.
  • Adept at problem-solving and 'big picture' thinking, capable of engaging with General Management.
  • A background or interest in the property industry is a plus.
