Job Description - B2B Sales Development Representative (Italian Market)

We are looking for a highly experienced B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is focused on business development and lead generation through outbound cold calling. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, and setting appointments to drive revenue. We are looking for a high-energy professional with a proven track record in cold calling, specifically within the software/tech industry.

Schedule: 40 hours per week (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  1. Cold Calling: Execute high-volume outbound B2B cold calling campaigns to generate new sales opportunities within the Italian market.
  2. Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers, assess needs, and qualify prospects according to company standards.
  3. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all outreach and prospect interactions in our CRM.
  4. Appointment Setting: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline growth.
  5. Value Proposition: Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions to effectively articulate value to prospects in their native language.

Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency: Native Italian speaker (mother-tongue level) is mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven B2B cold calling experience.
  3. Industry Background: Previous experience in the software/SaaS industry is highly preferred.
  4. Performance: A results-driven mindset with a history of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Technical Aptitude: Experience with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
  6. Professionalism: Proactive, organized, and highly resilient in the face of rejection.
