Sales Engineer

We are urgently in need of a Sales Engineer. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by combining technical expertise with strong sales skills. Your role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, demonstrating product solutions, and supporting the sales team with technical insights.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any 4-year course preferably a Civil Engr. graduate
2. Preferably with experience in Construction Industry
3. Must have a driver's license and know how to drive a motorcycle Having your own motorcycle for field work is a plus
4. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
5. Strong personality with good negotiation and problem-solving skills
6. Honest, hardworking, and highly organized
7. Can handle the pressure of timelines and deadlines
8. Must be mature & professional

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
2. Resource Management: Coordinating resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
3. Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
4. Budget Management: Tracking project expenses and ensuring adherence to the budget, including preparing financial reports.
5. Technical Sales Support: Work with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions. Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations to clients. And assist in developing sales proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
6. Sales Performance & Reporting: Contribute to achieving sales targets and business objectives by preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
