To provide administrative assistance and comprehensive support to the Account Director and Sales Team in order to maximise the effectiveness of sales and purchase processes whilst optimising and upholding client service standards.

Responsibilities

The primary indicator will be:

Duties performed within strict timelines ?

Secondary indicators will include: ?

  • Accuracy of information ?
  • Correctness of calculations of quotations ?
  • Clear, concise communications internally & externally?
  • Create briefs through the Company’s Connect System ?
  • Process orders onto SAP as and when is required ?
  • Follow-up with Local Suppliers to ensure pricing has been obtained on time and in full ?
  • Complete necessary client documentation and upload information on the system ?
  • Take orders through the Company’s Connect System ensuring all relevant documentation have been uploaded correctly and in full (Clint PO, SAP and all other relevant documents) ?
  • Maintain accurate, legible customer files and records ?
  • Assist with the preparation of client management information reporting and documentation and WIP logs as required ?
  • Manage incoming purchase orders and update the shared PO tracker ?
  • Assist with the on boarding of new suppliers in relation to the Company’s Procurement procedures

  • A pro-active approach to managing projects?
  • Experience of working as part of a team?
  • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints?
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook?
  • A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport?
  • The confidence to give clients trust in your work ?
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly power point and excel?
  • Excellent problem solving ability?
  • Enthusiastic and passionate?

Ability to commute/relocate to ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA
