Job Description - After Sales Operations Associate

The Role At SellerX we are growing our Technology Department and now we are looking for an AFTER SALES ASSOCIATE (x/f/m) . In this role you will monitor overflow and workflows, reporting process status, and order corrections. Sounds exciting Apply today! Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, track, and report shipping information, incoming orders, and any other necessary information from orders.
  • Check if scheduled workflows are working correctly, order flow process, and the number of orders in NetSuite and warehouse management system
  • Provide support and resolution to errors in the channel engine and Celigo
  • Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure all issues are resolved in the system
Your Background To join our team you bring along…
  • Degree in information technology or any relevant fields
  • 3 years of experience in after sales processing
  • Proven experience in Ecommerce channel marketplace
  • Experience working with Celigo, or other software that connects marketplaces into the in-house system or managing a warehouse management system
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventories and order processing
