Job Description - Alliance Manager

DIRECTLY REPORTS TO:

 

Head of Alliance

 


MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

 

As the Alliance Manager, you will play a critical role in scouting and screening partner products to be integrated into our ecosystem platform. You will also be responsible for ensuring the success metrics of our existing partners are met and coordinating the end-to-end process of enabling partners from onboarding to launch and growth within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills to drive collaboration and deliver results

 

TASKS:

  • Conduct comprehensive research and evaluation of potential partners to assess their compatibility and potential value to our organization.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to understand the integration requirements and technical feasibility of partner products.
  • Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for partners and monitor their progress towards achieving them.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize partner value and revenue potential.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, operations, and support, to ensure a seamless partner onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate the launch of new partner products within our organization, ensuring all necessary resources and support are provided.
  • Analyze partner data and provide insights to drive improvements in partner performance and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate project resources, including internal team members and external partners, to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and proactively identify solutions to mitigate potential problems.
  • Communicate project progress, status updates, and key milestones to stakeholders regularly.
 

QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving partner success.
  • Familiarity with HR solutions and SaaS platforms is a plus.
