Job Description - Area Sales Officer

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Officer located in General Santos. The Area Sales Officer will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, Agent Network Management, and field sales. The role requires effective communication and coordination with customers and stakeholders to drive sales and meet targets. Qualifications

At least 5 years Sales Experience
Customer Service and Communication skills
Lead Generation experience
Sales Operations and Channel/Field Sales knowledge
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience in the banking or financial industry is preferred
Experience with the MSME market segmant is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
