Responsible in providing support in service orders, warranty claims, case monitoring and closure, and other engineering support activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management, Logistic Management or equivalent.
• With at least three (3) years operations experience in sales order processing and receivables collection role preferably in the healthcare or manufacturing industry.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and major local languages.
• Basic working knowledge with MS Office applications.
• Efficient at utilizing computer-based tools to accomplish task requires of the position
• Exposed to sales order management and accounts receivables modules of any ERP Systems.
• Be reasonably detailed, numerate and analytical
• Has strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure while providing a positive image
• Preferably in healthcare, or manufacturing industry
