Job Description - ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER for CEBU CITY BRANCH

ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER for CEBU CITY BRANCH

A graduate of any 4-year college course, the candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of stable and consistent work experience in SALES, 3 of which must be in a supervisory capacity
  • A solid track record working with a company with a direct sales set-up, dealing with individual businesses, corporate, government, and other institutional accounts
  • Can help set up and train a sales team of at least 10 people
  • Can provide a substantial list of potential accounts and/or ready clients from the private and government sectors to which our products can be offered and sold to
  • Can do a person-to-person coverage of accounts along with salespeople he or she manages and/or by himself
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Above-average computer know-how and adept with digital technology
  • Energetic and is used to hitting sales goals or targets
  • Has a strong work ethic, is creative, and well organized
  • Observes and can promote a healthy lifestyle
  • Can work from Mondays through Saturdays
  • Willing to undergo all the processes of the company
  • Can start immediately, after completing all qualifications, preferably, within 30 days or earlier.

The major job responsibilities would include the promotion, marketing, and sale of our products to clients from or across all market segments, either solo or with a team of at least five sales people.

The initial compensation package includes a BASIC, transportation and communication allowances for all business-related activities, health insurance, and accident insurance with 24/7 coverage. SUBSTANTIAL INCENTIVES based on achievement of given sales goals or targets.
